Whether you're trying to conceive naturally, preparing for or supporting IVF, or simply want to feel more in tune with your body's rhythm — reflexology offers a quiet space to slow down and be cared for.
Fertility reflexology is a specialised form of reflexology that focuses on the reflex points connected to the reproductive and endocrine systems. Sessions are slow, quiet, and centred on helping your body shift out of a stressed state and into one better suited to rest, hormonal balance, and preparation.
It's a complementary therapy, not a medical treatment — it works alongside your GP, fertility clinic, or midwifery care, never in place of it. Many clients come while trying to conceive naturally, during an IVF or IUI cycle, or in the lead-up to pregnancy, and continue through early pregnancy for continued grounding and support.
Every plan is built around where you are right now: your cycle, your history, and what kind of support would actually help.
Fertility reflexology works best as a series, tracked alongside your cycle rather than treated as a single fix.
A longer first session — around 75 minutes — to talk through your health history, where you are in your fertility journey, and what you're hoping reflexology can support.
Sessions are usually timed to specific points in your cycle, or around key stages of an IVF/IUI protocol, so the work is relevant to what your body's doing that week.
Most clients come weekly or fortnightly for a course of 6–8 sessions, in a calm treatment room with time to properly settle before and after.
We check in regularly on how you're feeling, and adjust the pacing and focus of sessions as your circumstances change.
My path into reflexology didn't start as a career plan — it started with severe vestibular migraines that left me barely able to leave my bed. I went through CT scans, MRIs, appointment after appointment, at one point convinced something serious had to be behind it. What I was eventually offered was antidepressants and an explanation about hormone receptors — a way to manage symptoms, not to actually understand or shift what was going on. I remember thinking clearly: this isn't me, and no one is giving me any real tools to work with.
That's what led me to reflexology, first from my own mum. I still remember the shift it created in me — it felt like uncovering something I couldn't believe more people didn't know about. I went on to complete my Level 5 Diploma in Reflexology under David Wayte, and it was through that training that I became drawn specifically to women's health. Sitting with client after client, I kept hearing the same thing: being told a clinical pathway was the only option, with little room for anything else. Through case study work, I saw first-hand the difference reflexology could make alongside that care — for people navigating conception, PCOS, menopause, and PMS.
That's the space I work in now. I'm not here to replace anything your GP, consultant or fertility clinic is doing — I'm here to offer something in addition: a calm, considered space, treatment built around you, and someone who has genuinely been on the other side of feeling unheard.
Support for regulating stress and settling your nervous system while you're trying, month to month.
Complementary care alongside a clinic's protocol — many clients find it helps with the emotional weight of treatment as much as anything physical.
Ongoing sessions for those managing PCOS, endometriosis, or irregular cycles, worked into a longer-term plan.
Continued sessions through the transition into pregnancy, adapted to what's safe and helpful at each stage.
"I didn't even have periods — I'd be lucky if I had three in one year. I'm only 28, so it was a little scary. I've now been getting my periods back nearly every month. I really didn't expect to see results like this, for someone in my situation, when I was so close to giving up."— Jess K, shared with permission

No — reflexology isn't a medical treatment and doesn't claim to cure or treat infertility. It's a complementary therapy aimed at supporting relaxation, stress reduction, and general wellbeing alongside whatever medical care you're already receiving.
Generally yes, and many clients continue through treatment cycles and into early pregnancy — but it's worth mentioning your circumstances at your consultation so sessions can be adapted appropriately, and always worth checking with your clinic or midwife too.
It varies. Some clients come for a handful of sessions around a specific cycle, others come regularly over several months. We'll talk through what makes sense for you at your first consultation.
